1. Check the application sound settings.

2. Check the media volume.

3. Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled.

9. Clean the speaker.

The reason why you say there is no sound from the speaker may be a clogged speaker due to dirt. Therefore, cleaning can make the sound come back.
